Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Message hello@aurea.example with the email you used to buy.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the members area, press Open billing page, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Open the members area in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It then opens like an app and can send you notifications.
When will I get a reply?
We answer Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, New York time.
When are the private briefing?
Scheduled sessions show on your home screen. We remind you 1 hour and 10 minutes before each one.
How do I book a 1:1 call?
Open Book a 1:1 on your home screen and pick an open time. Your membership includes 2 calls a month.
Can I move or cancel my call?
Yes. Change or cancel at least 12 hours ahead and you keep your call. Inside 12 hours, cancelling uses it.
