Questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Message hello@clayandco.example with the email you used to buy.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the members area, press Open billing page, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Open the members area in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It then opens like an app and can send you notifications.
When will I get a reply?
We answer Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00, Melbourne time.
When are the studio hour?
Scheduled sessions show on your home screen. We remind you 1 hour and 10 minutes before each one.
