Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Message hello@stillwateryoga.example with the email you used to buy.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the members area, press Open billing page, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the trial work?
Your trial lasts 14 days and is free. When it ends, your membership continues at the plan you chose unless you cancel first.
Can I take the trial again?
The trial is one per person. If you have trialled before, you can join on a full membership instead.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Open the members area in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It then opens like an app and can send you notifications.
When will I get a reply?
We answer Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Los Angeles time.
When are the sunday flow?
Scheduled sessions show on your home screen. We remind you 1 hour and 10 minutes before each one.
How do I book a 1:1 call?
Open Book a 1:1 on your home screen and pick an open time. Calls are $60 each.
Can I move or cancel my call?
Yes. Change or cancel at least 12 hours ahead and you keep your call. Inside 12 hours, cancelling uses it.
How do referrals work?
Share your link from Refer a Friend. When someone you refer has paid for 3 months, you earn $50 in credit. $24 in credit buys a free month.
