Yes. Sales, members, support, announcements, community moderation, call bookings and 1:1 video calls all work from the console app. To go live from your phone, open a free streaming app such as Larix Broadcaster and paste in the private stream link your console gives you. The live studio's extras (green screen, screen sharing, members on stage) are made for a computer.
Yes. Any feature your plan doesn't include, more pages or a new look can be added any time as a one-time upgrade. New features we build are offered to every owner the same way.
Yes. The Pro plan includes it; on other plans it's an add-on. You upload your members export (a CSV from Kajabi, Teachable, Patreon and others) and we bring every active member over and email them their new access code. If they already pay through your own Stripe account, their subscriptions just carry on. If the old platform holds their cards, those can't be moved by anyone, so members keep access until their paid-up date and get an invite to rejoin before it.
It's assembled from a tested engine and the choices you make: plan, style, palette, type, pages and the layout of your members area and console. That's why 42 example businesses look nothing alike.
Stripe's card fee on each sale (the same as anywhere), Cloudflare at $0 or $5 a month if you use live features, and your domain. Course videos are kept on your Cloudflare too, and you choose how: standard storage is free up to 10 GB and then about $0.015 per GB a month with nothing charged per view, or Cloudflare Stream at $5 per 1,000 minutes kept plus $1 per 1,000 minutes watched, for smoother playback on slow connections. Cloudflare bills you for these directly: none of it comes to us. Changes after delivery are optional: the care plan at $149 a month includes 3 change requests a month, or pay $49 per change. We never take a cut of your sales.
Yes, through us. After you pay the deposit you design your website, members home and console at your own pace, then check a working preview and send one round of changes free before you approve. After that, changes are made by us: included in the care plan, or $49 per change request, usually done within 2 business days. Because you own the code and the accounts, you can also hire anyone you like to change it. Nobody's permission needed.
Lawyers, accountants and clinics use client portals like this, but we don't certify regulatory compliance such as HIPAA. Check your own obligations before storing sensitive client information.
Some features are on the upgrade roadmap rather than built: a downloads shop, event tickets, invoices, quizzes and certificates, intake forms, e-signatures, email newsletters and SMS among them. The upgrades page lists them all.
